  A first rate experience with Richmond Windows. Installation of the first two windows was under 5 weeks after site survey and they then kindly held on to the 3rd window until I was ready as some building work was needed prior to that installation. Communication and help was excellent and prompt throughout, especially the way they liaised and worked with my builders to ensure everything went smoothly at that stage. Everyone involved was professional and very friendly - a pleasure to have in the property - and I'm really pleased with the windows. Highly recommended.

• Wooden sash window replacement

  I wanted to replace an old wooden sash kitchen window and approached Richmond Windows in late March 2023. A quotation was given in early April for sash and casement options. Measurements were taken and double-checked. The new casement upvc double-glazed window was fitted in an efficient and tidy manner in early May. Any very slight damage to the window surround was easily dealt. The old window and blind were taken away. The company responded quickly to make slight adjustments to ease opening/ closing stiffness.   Very prompt and reasonable response to quote request. A month later they came round and completed the removal of the old window and the installation in under five hours, all neat and tidy, nice finishing. Well pleased with it - looks great, very good quality. Should keep my bathroom a lot warmer!
