Disappointment - verbally agreed but then no follow up or response
Rick was the first to respond to the created job and came round promptly to view. We verbally discussed everything including the quote with him having availability between jobs for that same week. To protect both sides, we asked him just to follow up with a written final quote that evening and we could then confirm him coming that week. However, we never received this quote. I tried messaging him to follow up and no response. It has now been a week and a half and still nothing. Fantastic!
Rick was amazing! He painted my 1 bedroom flat all over including wood work. His work was precise and finished beautifully. Rick is a wonderful character and great to have around, and he even helped fix other small issues whilst he worked. Saved me so much time and money.
