Add gas bonding, and boiler spur

Moving a plus socket and installing a new thermostat.
Rida responded super quick and his communication was great throughout. Keeping us updated on his progress. When the thermostat failed (due to a separate boiler issue) he came back the next night and stayed until he could find a solution. Lovely guy too.
