WHAT TO EXPECT:
Following initial contact, we will arrange a free, no obligation inspection. This will then be followed up with an e-mail containing our proposed description of works and associated quote. you also have a right to a 14 days cooling off period prior to any quotation given leaving you in full control with no hassle or feeling pushed
On acceptance of our quote, an appointment will be scheduled at a time convenient for you for the works to take place. Our friendly team will document their works with progress photos and these will be e-mailed to you for your records on completion.
We are able to offer you a 10/15 year guarantee on all new installations - the length of the guarantee will depend on the materials chosen & type of work undertaken.
We are also coverd with a full public liability insurance giving you peace of mind and rest assured.

Mending a wonky chimney pot, repointing and flaunching
John was unfailingly polite, punctual, and professional. Turned up on time and delivered the work as promised, with a few little extras thrown in, like some repointing on the other chimney that he noticed needed doing.
Re-fix 2 roof tiles
Fantastic service from John and his colleague. Job fixed in 10 minutes with no charge due to it being a very quick local job. I will certainly use their services for any future work.
Removed all roof tiles &replaced deteriorated felt. Topping up loft insulation and replacing tiles.

Roof Repairs
Excellent communication, really responsive, kept us informed throughout so we knew what was happening and when. Put in a long day too to get the work done. A pleasure to deal with. For that we would highly recommend.
Refelting roof, fitting new joists, replacing tiles and redressing velux window.
We are very happy with the work John and Lee carried out and with the price they quoted. They were easy going and showed up when they said they’d show up. Repairs to 18th century chimeny stack, replacment of missing roof tiles. Removal of un-used tv ariel
John and his colleague, Lee, recently carried out some urgent work to our 18th century chimney stack, along with replacement of some missing roof tiles. Both John and Lee were very knowledgeable, friendly and the work was carried out to a very high standard. My husband and I are really pleased with the work they did. John kept us up to date with what they were doing and when work would be completed. Very impressed and would highly recommend. We'll definitely be booking them in again in the future.
