Joe and his team did an excellent job replacing our guttering and downpipe. From start to finish, the whole process was hassle-free, and Joe took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why. The team were professional, reliable, and completed the work to a very high standard. Turned up replaced flat roof. We were cleaning off tar splashes (stained our window frame in several places) when we noticed what can only be heat damage that has badly warped and yellowed a section of our plastic frame. When we contacted Joe he refused to admit it was anything to do with him and would not come over to inspect the damage. We understand accidents happen BUT we would expect people to have enough integrity to admit to them and make it right!

Total legend. Came round, identified the problem quickly… and was back the next day to get it sorted ahead of more rainy weather.

Joe and his team arrived as the agreed time and got to work straight away. The gold standard for demossing a tiled roof is by using wire brushes by hand (no power tools). This was detailed work on a large roof. I was completely satisfied on completion. All moss had been removed and the tiles were scrubbed clean to show much of the original colour (obviously subject to weathering). I was very happy with the end result.

I will highly recommend they are very good in what they do. Clean and quick and nicely dne. Thank you so much.
