  Disappointing beyond belief

  I’m dissatisfied with Samuel .28/10/24: Requested £500 upfront for materials.31/10/24: Transferred £700 to Samuel.1/11/24: New flat roof laid.27/11/24: Returned from holiday to find rainwater running down walls, ceiling, and puddles on the floor.29/11/24: Samuel inspected, apologized, and promised a dehumidifier and repairs—no action since. Despite calls and messages, the issue remains unresolved.No contract signed, only a verbal agreement.No guarantees or warranties issued.Taking contractor to Small Claims Court

  Diagnosing and fixing a leak. Repointing of the side of the roof.

  Samuel was able to come out the same day to take a look at the leak in my roof. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the issue was and kept me informed on the work he was carrying out. He repointed the side of the roof and also capped one of the chimneys. He took photos so I could see what the issues were which was really helpful.

  Sam went above and beyond to source tiles for an older valley for which the current tiles were discontinued. Pleased with service and price - would recommend.

  Repairs to house and garage roofs and gutter clean.

  The whole job went very well from start to finish.Samual was delightful being both pleasant and professional. His work ethic was excellent in explaining clearly to us resulting in our full trust in his work.He cleaned up well after finishing his work. We are very satisfied with the high quality standard that Samual sets himself. For this reason we are employing him again for further work.
