Alex was great when we ask him to repoint our house. He’s technically knowledgeable, guiding us through various decisions and helping decide the right outcome by balancing cost, suitability and aesthetic. Alex was on time, responsive, and ultimately a pleasure to deal with. We can’t recommend him enough!

Alex was great from start to finish. He carried out a full repointing of two elevations of our stone cottage in lime. His work was excellent, he turned up exactly when he said he was going to turn up and completed the job in the timeframe that he initially said. He kept the area clean and tidy and cleaned up after he completed his work. He was also a pleasure to have around the house, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone.

We are delighted with the work Alex did repointing the front of our Victorian house. He is knowledgeable about the right materials to use, skilled in executing the work, and clearly took pride in the job. Throughout the process we found him responsive, reliable and a good communicator - we have no hesitation in recommending him.

Alex did a great job bricking up a hole left in the kitchen wall from a tumble dryer vent. It looked really neat and he left the place looking great. I’d definitely call him again for future brickwork, and he’s helpful providing receipts/invoices too!

I tend to make my final decision on a trades person by how I take to them. Alex was very easy to get along with and instilled confidence in me that he knew his business. He advised me of my options regarding our wall and quoted a very reasonable price. Once he began the work he kept me informed throughout of what was happening, asking me how I would like things to be done or to look. He was throrough, hard working and very tidy. He has lots of experience and knowledge and I would most definitely recommend him. He was polite, easy to talk to and a pleasure to be around.
