Strip out existing bathroom and fit new shower, sanitary ware, acrylic wall panels, and accessories
The work was completed, on time and to an extremely high standard. Andy dealt with a number of technical issues that arose, and we are extremely pleased with the end result.

Add a new kitchen, take up existing flooring, strengthen floor, add insulation and lay new flooring
Another great piece of work by Andy and his team. The spec for this job kept changing but Andy was always happy to adapt to the additions and changes we made along the way. As such the price did go up but was purely due to the changes we requested and the additional time that added to the job. The work was as usual exemplary and to a high standard. Andy and his team are always a pleasure to have around. The site is always tidy at the end of each day and any inconvenience is always kept to a minimum. Would highly recommend Andy to anyone seeking a good quality builder.

Concrete base and erection of Shed
All done within the agreed time scale , with minimal mess and disruption and to a high standard. Site was always left clean after each days work.

Convert a garage to a gym
Andy is very friendly and helpful. Did the work on time and on budget. Very tidy. Very pleased with the work.

Removed old patio and replaced /extended with new pavers and new fence.
Very pleased with planning and carrying out of the project. Resolved the problems which arose ( old patio set in concrete rather than sand base. Acted in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend Andy Warner and his team.
