READ before you use Ridgeway Roofing Maintenance. Exactly the same experience as the review below. The guarantee which Theo Ash provides is worthless as it will not be honoured. Once you've paid and Theo has left site you'll never hear from him again.

Theo gave me a full explanation over the phone as to the situation with an old chimney that needed taking out. He was very clear and helped me decide to go ahead with the work as it was necessary. He also gave me a reasonable price quote.

Replace Roof using, breathable felt membrane, Battens and Marley tiles

Looking in the loft a few years I noticed the felt had split in some places and with wind and rain blowing up under the tiles it was causing problems. In the end I decided to get the whole roof replaced. Looking at recommendations from a neighbour who had their roof done, I decide to go for Ridgeway Roofing with a 10 year warranty It was very competitively priced and they did a great job. I was also impressed with how tidy they were.. The guys were very polite, punctual and extremely professional. The job started on the agreed date and finished to a very high standard within the time frame.
