We had years of moss build-up covering our roof, and Ridgeway Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd did an amazing job removing it. The roof now looks clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The team worked carefully and left the property spotless afterward. Their attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive.

The service & workmanship I received was exceptional. Communication was fantastic. Everything I was told would happen, did so on schedule. The workforce were polite, hardworking & very good at their trades. The site supervisor kept me informed the whole time. I am extremely pleased with my new roof which has been done to a high standard. On completion, the removal of waste, materials & scaffolding was coordinated to be immediate. My property was left clean & tidy & I was invited to inspect works. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again & highly recommend this business

Their emergency roofing service was efficient and professional, preventing further damage to our property. The team identified the issue immediately and carried out the necessary repairs with great care. Excellent service from start to finish.

The Ridgeway Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd team completed the work in just a few days at a very reasonable price. While removing the old flat roof, part of my kitchen ceiling collapsed, but they were quick to support us with the rebuild and finished the job to a high standard. Communication was good. They were responsive and kept me updated throughout. I’d hire them again.

Arron and Eddie were brilliant - we had water coming through the ceiling and they were on site within 2 hours and fixed it within an hour. great guys and would highly recommend.

In February Ridgeway Roofing & Maintenance Ltd replaced the lead around our chimney which was leaking. We were away at the time so selected the most expensive quote hoping for a quality job. Recently we had our roof retiled only to find the quality of the work Ridgeway had done was so poor that it all had to be replaced. I could not invite Ridgeway to repair their work as it wasn’t possible to have 2 contractors on site and besides, I had no confidence that they could do a better job.
