They were professional and friendly, did their job and let me know that as it is a glass panel in my door that has to be replaced that it will take 5 day s as it has to be hardened and I requested that it be frosted.

We requested Ridon Glass to quote for a change of two sash windows. The quote was acceptable and their communication, staff and works completed were all excellent. The works involved just swapping two window units and other window companies informed us we would need new windows which would have cost us at least three times the cost with Ridon - Ridon were very honest and efficient. They even cleaned both windows after the works were completed. We would definitely recommend their services to other potential clients.

First class service from the telephone call on the Monday to the fitment on the Friday. I desperately needed a glass pane replaced with a sold panel so a dog flap could be fitted and also a couple of new hinges to windows that needed replacement. The whole team from Rachel and John in the office through to excellent fitment by Dave and Sam, even fitted the dog flap for me and advised on the dog flap size etc. I would highly recommend. Service was top notch!
