We experienced a prompt punctual and immediate response from Ridtek to our pset control concerns. The charge for two inspections was halfed when we requested 2 properties in the same road be inspected. Apart from being extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with Shane has a sense of humour as the reg plate of his van suggests. Superb all round service!

Left a request on a Saturday morning and they rang me back immediately (at 7:48am). It's an unusual job because it’s still so early in the season and we didn’t actually have a nest yet, just the queen starting to build in our porch roof. They were completely open to coming out and investigating anyway, which I really appreciated. Very clear about the charges upfront, with exceptional communication throughout. Shane arrived exactly on time, confirmed exactly what was happening at this early stage, found the queen, and treated it quickly on the spot. Incredibly pleasant to deal with.

Seldom in my 40 years of home ownership have I used a company as fair and professional as Ridtek, from my initial call to Reefs last visit everything was spot on, highly recommended.

Once again we used RIDTEK after a first class service a few years ago. Reef arrived bang on time and quickly identified we had a rat living in the loft. He repeatedly visited until there were no signs of infestation. He was warm and friendly and gave us great advice. RIDTEK charge a one off fee and will keep visiting until the problem is resolved.

Excellent and efficient service from a small family business at a sensible price. We discovered a very active wasp nest, the wasps were entering our bungalow underneath a small distortion in the lead flashing around our boiler flue. I called Roo and she arranged an appointment for a visit to suit us which was very kind. Shane arrived the following day and fully explained what he would do to exterminate the wasps. After dealing with the nest from outside our home - he did not need to enter - the following morning there was zero activity from the nest. Thank you Shane and Roo .

An incredible service from a really friendly family run business that take great pride in what they do. I really could not recommend enough. They were absolutely determined they would not leave until the problem was completely solved.
