Charley responded quickly (came ame day) to a roof leak I had which was causing damage inside the house. Only a small job, but they prioritised it and fitted it in quickly. Very prompt response to a request for assistance concerning a leak in the roof. Problem quickly identified as a failing membrane. Quote provided and the whole roof was stripped and replaced. This involved all tiles being removed, all battens and membrane taken away. New membrane, battens and old tiles refitted. All the work was carried out cleanly, efficiently and within the quoted price and timescales. Very pleased with the quality of workmanship.
