Thank you for the feedback. We were contacted by Homeserve on the Thursday evening and arrived at the customer’s property on the Friday morning. When we looked at the boiler we soon realised it was dangerous and needed to be capped off. We then had to order a part and said we would have to book back in to fit it. Over the weekend we were notified by Homeserve the job had been cancelled and we are not sure of the reason. We are sorry to hear the customer feels they have had a disappointing experience with us and we are happy to listen to any of the customers concerns and address them if they wish. Please may I ask all our potential customers to look at all our other reviews and see how much we pride ourselves on our workmanship. Rightgas would like to wish the customer all the best for the future.
