We needed to replace a faulty extractor hood and also wanted different areas tiled in our kitchen. William was extremely good to deal with - he was responsive and courteous, he was happy to work with our budget, he was able to get started asap and his communication and punctuality were impeccable. As far as the job itself he was fantastic. He carried out all the work promptly, kept a tidy and protected area, finished to an excellent standard and overcame some hidden surprises with no fuss.
