Survey, existing and proposed plans
AVOID WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.We paid Josh to conduct a survey, produce existing and proposed plans. After this it became very clear that Josh lacked the knowledge required which made me extremely uncomfortable. Josh created designs which would not meet local guidelines, building regs and fire regs. I requested for rooms to be a specific size and Josh did not fulfil our requests. Bathroom remodel and single story rear extension
Josh put together a comprehensive remodelling scheme for my parents house which included a new layout to the first floor bathroom and a single storey rear kitchen / dining room extension.
