Mixed Experience, Stressful
The initial conversations / process was easy - was grateful for good communication. However this was overridden by the move experience itself. The team seemed irritated and once they'd seen what needed moving - they started complaining there was more than I'd mentioned on the phone which was not the case - I'd answered all questions asked of me. My sofa was damaged by their impatience. I ended up moving some of items myself as they didn't seem to be in a hurry. I felt anxious they were time wasting. I was charged a full extra hour, despite it only being 20/25mins past the hour.

Best team for the best move we've ever experienced!
We couldn't have been happier with Right Removals from start to finish they were faultless! A simple video via WhatsApp was all they needed to provide a detailed quote, and having selected their pack and move service, they took care of everything. We sat back and relaxed as they packed up all our things with care, dismantled furniture and loaded it into vans; Once they arrived, they unloaded everything - again, with great care -and asked us where we wanted things to be placed, including positioning the furniture.No stress, no fuss, no quibbles and a thoroughly professional service throughout.
