Jetmir fixed our leaky roof in a matter of days, locating the problem and then returning several times, carefully making sure that it was water tight. He also replaced our guttering and did some great paint work on our house. He was a pleasure to deal with - reliable and with great communication from start to end. Jetmir was attentive and helpful from start to finish. He came and quoted the job on time and sent a detailed PDF. As we’re a residents association we were slow to green light the job, but this wasn’t a problem and we weren’t rushed The work was completed as planned and on time. With Jetmir coming back after completion to show us his work. I called to get a quote for a flat roof and gutters to be cleaned. Jetmir was friendly and courteous from the start, and arrived on time to give a quote. He returned a couple of hours later and did the job to an extremely high standard, showing me pictures afterwards. He even cleared the patio below, and took all the rubbish away with him. Jetmir is polite, friendly, honest and professional. From the original point of contact up to and including him being on site to do the work, he kept us informed at all times regarding progress and willingly answered/responded promptly to any questions etc we had. At the end of the job he walked us round and explained everything that he had done and said that we only have to call him if there are any issues. So far, there have been none!
