Ben came out to visit the property quickly and identified the potential issues and proposed remedial works. Ben made sure to explain what the issues were and was very responsive to questions. His work was of a very high quality and he kept us updated on progress throughout so we had a good understanding of timescales and next steps. Ben was also able to handle the ancillary work such as removing radiator and blinds and made sure these were reinstalled and functional after the works to the wall were completed.

Absolutely fantastic. I had a damp problem in my kitchen and Ben sorted it out. He was really helpful and a genuinely nice bloke. I was happy to leave him alone in the house and he just got on with it. He worked hard the whole time he was here, in the middle of a heatwave too. Cleaned up really well and didn’t charge me as much as I expected. Work was a high standard and a great price. He did all the little things too like the radiator plug sockets and even that saved me on getting someone else in. Definitely having him back to do other things I need doing.
