Remove old toilet, sink, shower. Fit new toilte, shower, sink and tile walls / floor
Shower door was fitted the wrong way. Consequently leaked causing damage. Refused to come out and fix it. Several months later had damp in walls adjacent to shower. Found out that shower tray had not been fitted properly and wrong shower boards had been fitted that were not water proof. Had to get a proper plumber to repair the damage at a cost of approx. £800. The work was shambolic and would never recommend these cowboys to anyone.

Complete bathroom refit
Re Jason Stripp (Riley Instalations), Rushden left us with leaking toilet, shower glass screen left overhanging shower tray (I was ok with this until I found the overhang was untreated (sharp corner to glass) very dangerous, floor tiles lifting due to leak. Jason's reply "wear and tear" until I reminded him this is a private bathroom not open to general public then he decided "misuse of bathroom" stepping out of shower too wet

Re fitted a en suite
Jason came out to do the quote on a Saturday afternoon, this was very competitive, he suggested various ideas for the job. We tried to get other quotes but were let down, so we went with Jason as he seamed reliable. This turned out to be true, he came out on a Monday and stripped the old tiles off the walls removed the old shower tray and did all the prep work. The tiler came the next two days and Jason installed the new shower sink toilet, plus vanity unit on th fourth day. We are very pleased with our new ensuite and wouldn't, hesitate to recommend Riley installations!

Tap fitted in bathroom.
Jason was early for his appointment, which was very much welcome as I needed to go to work. The job he has done was fuss free and quick. He was friendly and provided an additional isolation valve for free as the connector was not long enough. Fully recommend Jason at Riley’s Installation.

Arrived on time. Jon was finished sufficiently and cleanly. Would defiantly use Jason again.
