  Resin driveway

  Rio property development came to do our drive 2 years ago. Within 6 months half of the drive had started to subside. After paying for a surveyor and being told the work was not fit for purpose we gave Rio property development the chance to put it right within the surveyors report. They refused and did the same work they did the first time round which was again not fit for purpose. After 2 months this has started to fail again and subside with cracking now happening in the top later. Rio are now ignoring us and will not put this right so we are having to look elsewhere and seek legal action.

  We are writing in response to your recent comments about the resin driveway we installed in 2023. We disagree with your review of the situation. We want to remind you that we did revisit your property on multiple occassions to address the issues you raised, and we completed rectification work to ensure those issues didn't worsen over time. Despite our repeated requests over the past two years, we still have not received a copy of the surveyor's report you mentioned. This report was important for us to fully understand your concerns before it got worse. We certainly were not ignoring you; we made a point of attending your property, as mentioned, because we were keen to resolve the matter.

  Had a resin driveway completed by Rio Driveways and the quality of work was excellent. Great communication and problem solving, as well as getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend, our driveway looks great.

  Repaving of uneven bricks

  Rios Drive came over and explained what would be the best way to fix the uneven bricks. The bricks at the bottom of my front door steps were misaligned and uneven due to the growth/spread of roots from a nearby tree. They offered me a quote to do the work which I accepted. They turned up on time on the day to do the job. The team were very helpful and they did a super and professional job! I am a very happy customer!😃
