Lisa in the office dealt efficiently with our booking and the changes we needed to make. She also professionally handled some difficulties we encountered unexpectedly with a third party. Riverbank Removals dealt with the dismantling and removal of a dilapidated greenhouse, clearing a garden building and sundry garden items in a totally professional manner. The team arrived on time, worked tirelessly in very hot temperatures and were efficient and respectful - total professionals. I will use their services again.

Well, what can I say. Riverbank removals & Rubbish Clearance strike again with absolute incredible service. I was told with just 48 hours that my new sofa was being delivered and the panic set in. The first people I called as always since the first time I used them was riverbank. They didn’t have the time but guess what, they made the time to help us when we needed them and took the whole weight of the situation off our shoulders. Thank you so much to Dave and the team! We had a longer distance move, but even so, the team were with us by 7:15 each morning, and worked tirelessly. Everything was packed safely and efficiently. Larger goods were also transported well and all disassembly/ assembly was speedy and efficient. The whole team were professional, yet also friendly and fun. They really did take the stress out of the whole process. Communication was excellent both before and throughout the move. The price was very reasonable and we were very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Second time we've used Riverbank for a house move. Moved us out of our house and into storage before we head of travelling and couldn't have been smoother. Great group of lads and handled everything flawlessly on the day taking all the stress out of the move. 10/10 service. Will definitely be using again when we're back!
