Free quote given and good communication at the start. However, on the day work should have been done no one showed up, no courtesy phone call - after leaving a voice message and numerous texts - the phone appeared to be diverted to voicemail and I have not received a call back or an apology explaining the no show. Bad practice, discourteous and unreliable.
