Michael was really responsive when getting quote and provided samples. Ordered materials quickly and was here to accept the delivery when it arrived. Job completed within the 2 days but unfortunately the work was substandard. Tried to call to discuss but did not answer, only replied to text messages. On further inspection of the job there are even more issues including the substructure. We will now need to find another tradesperson to correct and finish the work.
