Do not use this man to do anything other than simple window replacement. I had 3 small jobs including window replacement and 2 small but fiddly repair jobs (both of which are too small in themselves for anyone to quote for). Ryan agreed to do the 3 jobs. When he came he did the window replacement but said he wasnt able to get the things he needed for the other jobs for a couple of days. A date was agreed. Like a fool I paid him for the window replacement. He never came back despite making 2 other appointments and quotes for the other work. Ryan is a guy who gives his profession a bad name.

After calling a bunch of glaziers on Saturday to help with an urgent job, Ryan was the only one who came straight back to me. He was helpful and professional right from the start. I explained the urgency as I’d received a damaged mirror so I needed a replacement quickly so as not to delay my renovation. Ryan fitted us in quickly to measure and carried out the job within a week. His quote was very reasonable, but more importantly he was respectful in terms of tidiness and professional throughout. He even insisted on cleaning the fixed mirror before leaving. He did a fantastic job.

He replaced my kitchen tiles with glass splashbacks, and the result was fantastic, very pleased. He was very professional, punctual. And have already booked him to do my glass balustrade.

Ryan was very courteous, the work was completed to a great standard, on time and at the agreed rate which compared well with the other quotes we obtained. I wouldnt hesitate to recommended his services and will be rebooking for some further work in the near future.
