  Booked R Jacobs Appliance Repairs to replace a light bulb in oven and investigate noise issue when heating up. First time they were supposed to come, several weeks ago they didn’t and we had to chase for a reason why which was apparently a family illness. Said they would get back to us when they could rebook but didn’t. Gave them another chance and re-booked and they were due to come yesterday but didn’t show up and didn’t answer their phone when we chased and hasn’t responded to voicemail. Wouldn’t use if you are looking for someone to turn up when they say they will.
