Fantastic service from Richard who came out to look at an old problematic alarm system, I hadn’t used it for about 18 months as it was developing issues and I didn’t trust it. Richard did his best with it and made suggestions but due to its age I wanted a replacement system. Richard did not suggest this or do any sort of hard sell, it was 100% my decision. He kept the price down as much as he could and only replaced the bits that needed replacing. Highly recommend. Very happy customer who can now use her alarm!

My alatm system was serviced and tested by Richard, and also removed the sensors from my old system. Everything was conducted efficiently and professionally, in a short soace of time. I have no hesitatio in recommending R J Burglar Alarms to anyone considering installing a new alarm system or wanting to have their system serviced. Very happy with them.
