blocked drains expected collapsed drain
Very happy with the work completed. Drain repaired and new drain positioned outside of home to avoid flooding inside the home which had happened previously. Tidy and professional job. Cleaned up nicely before leaving. Great explanation of work carried out and any worries. Rob was very friendly and patient and helped to advise about another issue outside the home. Leaking soil pipe replacement
Initially after uploading some photos and a description to checkatrade, of a leaking external soil pipe, RJC rang me-with some options. I appreciated the thorough explanation. A repair or the recommended- a replacement. Seeing as the pipe appeared to have already been repaired. I opted for a replacement, to guarantee a longer term fix. RJC were able to come out, within two days. Which I thought was incredibly fast. They carried out the work professionally and to a high standard. Looks much better, and for a very reasonable price. DRAINAGE ISSUES
Asked for help with drainage problem. Very quick response from RJC Drainage. Excellent service from beginning to finishing the job. Very professional and trustworthy. Everything run by me from start to finish as the job in question ended up being a bigger job than expected and a bit more expensive but everything was explained as to what was required and why and the full costs given before commencing with the project.
