Wonderful service from start to finish. The quote was good value for money. I was contacted when the scaffolding, skip and items would arrive and it was usually accurate. The roofers were polite and friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The work on the roof was completed quickly and the result was far better than expected.

We could not be more pleased with our new roof along with the other work they carried out while the scaffold was up. Russell & Carolyn were very professional, friendly & a pleasure to deal with. Everything was well organised & on time. Russell & Kieran were very hard working & enjoyable/fun to have around. Also, they didn’t eat all the biscuits 😉

Re.: Replacement of guttering,fascias and sofits At every stage from quotation to completion Russell and Carolyn were efficient,polite,friendly and helpful. Any problems we had, mainly with scaffolders were quickly sorted out by Carolyn. We cannot speak too highly of her actions. Russell and Kieran were a delight to have on site and the work was completed with exemplary efficiency. We would highly recommend them

I would thoroughly recommend this company. Carolyn communicated with me all the way through the process and even managed to source a tile from elsewhere in the country when I changed my mind on the original tile. Russ and Kieron worked hard and were efficient and friendly – they patiently answered my many questions! This was a big job including a complete roof retile, three flat roofs, chimney repointing and new guttering – I am very pleased with the result.

I’m so pleased RJC Roofing were recommended to me. Russell and Kieran were a pleasure to have around and they carried out the work expertly and professionally (as well as flat roofing works, they also did insulation, tile rectification and sorted out a persistent water leak). I was so pleased with the first job they came back to do a second job for me! Throughout Carolyn kept in touch and she was friendly and efficient. I will miss chatting with Carolyn and Russell but I am delighted with all the work they did and would have no hesitation in recommending RJC Roofing.

Russell was very helpful in deciding how to fix our leaky porch roof. Sent quote quickly, agreed price and date, and did the job on time, simples. However we had tried a number of roofers before and never got a suitable response, so not so simple. I paid the bill and said we were very happy with the new roof, but it still needed a rain test. A few days later we had some rain and all was fine, I don't think Russell organised though?
