  Richard turned up when he said he would , which is often not the case. He was very thorough and checked all the plug sockets to identify the problem. He explained the issue is layman’s terms , which greatly me understand the problem.

  Contact was made to me by the electrician told me he would be in touch the following week never heard from him when he said he would contact. I emailed the following week asking when he was going to call round and never replied back to me.
