I had a job carried out on my roof, which was terrible. I tried to get a number of roofers to rectify the problem, but had real difficulty getting someone to give me a quote or to ring me. Robin at R J General Builder & Roofer was the first person to see me and provide a quote on the same day, which I accepted. The work has now been done properly.

On time, tidy workers all done and plastered in a day.

One of Rob's superpowers is being on time, yet due to the rainy weather he was behind with his schedule. He kept me fully informed and offered me a plan B, for someone else to do the work, a person he knows and trusts. He left the choice with me, and I decided to go for plan B. His friend did a great job, in record time, so I'm a happy camper.
