Richard is first class.
I have known Richard for some years and he has never let me down, he is reliable, knowledgeable, professional and will always do his best for his customers, also a very nice person. I have had issues over the years with my boilers and he has always been a calming voice on the other end of the phone and then sorting out the problem. Excellent people providing an excellent service!
I have used RJG a few times now including a gas boiler service but also for smaller ad hoc issues. they are Responsive, professional, friendly people who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Nothing is too much trouble and they take the time to talk you through the problem and the various options to solve the problem in a way that is understandable! The best plumber in the area
Richard is the most honest, hard working and reliable plumber in the area. He is totally trustworthy and honest and a very pleasant person. He takes his shoes off on entering your home for the work, small details of respect for you and your home that is greatly appreciated. His prices are fair and he does not tell you your boiler needs renewing like a lot of them or because of its age it needs a very expensive service the following year. He always responds to call outs in a timely fashion and he is never late for appointments. We will miss him as we are leaving the area and wish him well.Job location: TW2010 Central Heating

Boiler instalation & servicing
We had a bad exsperience with another Gas Engineer and called RJG for a second opinion with a view to replacing our boiler.A date and time was arranged promply.Richard and his colleague were exstremly polite and helpfull providing an excellent service.
