Richard is first class.
I have known Richard for some years and he has never let me down, he is reliable, knowledgeable, professional and will always do his best for his customers, also a very nice person. I have had issues over the years with my boilers and he has always been a calming voice on the other end of the phone and then sorting out the problem. Excellent people providing an excellent service!
I have used RJG a few times now including a gas boiler service but also for smaller ad hoc issues. they are Responsive, professional, friendly people who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Nothing is too much trouble and they take the time to talk you through the problem and the various options to solve the problem in a way that is understandable!
