  Excellent people providing an excellent service!

  I have used RJG a few times now including a gas boiler service but also for smaller ad hoc issues. they are Responsive, professional, friendly people who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Nothing is too much trouble and they take the time to talk you through the problem and the various options to solve the problem in a way that is understandable! Also very respectful of your home; clean and tidy etc.

  The best plumber in the area

  Richard is the most honest, hard working and reliable plumber in the area. He is totally trustworthy and honest and a very pleasant person. He takes his shoes off on entering your home for the work, small details of respect for you and your home that is greatly appreciated. His prices are fair and he does not tell you your boiler needs renewing like a lot of them or because of its age it needs a very expensive service the following year. He always responds to call outs in a timely fashion and he is never late for appointments. We will miss him as we are leaving the area and wish him well.

  Boiler instalation & servicing

  We had a bad exsperience with another Gas Engineer and called RJG for a second opinion with a view to replacing our boiler.A date and time was arranged promply.Richard and his colleague were exstremly polite and helpfull providing an excellent service. We would be happy recommend their services to anyone.

  Just had my annual boiler serviced by the best plumber in town. Richard is always polite friendly extremely helpful and the best bit he does a great job at a fair price.   Excellent boiler service

  Richard did our annual boiler service. Its 10 years old now but in excellent condition as he has been servicing it for most of that time. He pays attention to the details, is neat and tidy and offers advice and tips to keep the whole system working well.
