  Very good service from Richard prior to the work required and during the actual work day. Excellent workman and already booked for boiler service in October. Would have no hesitation in recommending RJ if asked.

  Failed Boiler Service

  They installed a new boiler for me in 2023. £3000. I requested a service a year later. I had to change my initial date due to circumstances but I gave around three weeks notice. A date was agreed. Was told pm, 5/11/24. At 4.10pm I received a call from the office saying that engineer was delayed and could I do 6/11. I said no, as I had arranged this day as knew would be home. She said would speak to engineer and call back. Didn't call back, sent message to say "we will try". Engineer messaged "can I do tomorrow". Explained again. Offered apology and a free service. I refused. Wouldn't recommend

  To replace a leaking kitchen tap and fix a broken toilet cistern

  I have used RJ Heat on a number of occasions over the last few years and can highly recommend Ryan and his team. They are always efficient and very friendly. Jack came to repair the tap and cistern, arrived on time and completed the job well.

  Repair of leaking boiler

  Good response to telephone enquiry followed by quick on-site visit. Speedy diagnosis of the problem, with same day fitting of replacement part. Richard was friendly and professional throughout. All at a very reasonable cost. Could not ask for better.

  New boiler supplied and fitted.

  Ryan did a thorough site survey to provide the quote for the job and helped me pick the right boiler. The installation was completed on time on the day given in the quote. Ryan and Tom make a great team, they are both friendly and approachable and are able to give great advice if needed. The job has been completed to a high standard and I would happily recommend the company to anyone needing a new boiler.
