Brilliant service. Called to repair the push bar on emergency exit. Unfortunately it was beyond repair. Quickly found a solution to temporarily allow us to use the door, while a replacement bar was sourced. Replacement push bar was quickly fitted. Very pleased with speed and service. Would highly recommend.

I called out RJ Locksmith to fix a door that wouldn't shut. I explained it was for a Guiding residential property that i couldn't leave as was insecure. I sent photos on request. They called back to say they would be there in 40 minutes. Outstanding service, fixed the problem which was caused by the builders incorrectly fitting the hinges. Hinges fitted correctly, door re hung and building secure. Very happy with the work and call out time. Will definitely use again. Very professional.

Very professional, friendly. Romans attended the appointment on time and carried out both windows repairs; he explained what the problem was and sorted it out; had other questions relating to other queries, which he was able to also answer; plus the work comes with a 12 month warranty.
