Ross has done lots for me, from installing a gas stove, fixing a hidden leak, boiler service and most recently a full bathroom refurb, ripping everything out, fresh plumbing, tiling and even building a cupboard and pulling electrics through to house my washer & dryer. Always quick to respond, reasonably priced, honest and a pleasure to have in my home - I wouldn't call anyone else!

We are really pleased with the works carried out by RJL Plumbing in creating a new fully fitted shower (wet) room within an existing cupboard, followed 6 months later by a complete renovation of the current bathroom, which included knocking out a wall to create more space. We specifically wanted to source all of the items ourselves and Ross was extremely helpful in answering any queries we had along the way. Ross and Ben were professional and nothing was too much trouble; their aim was for us to have everything we wanted and we are very pleased with the finished results of both rooms.

Ross came out to a leaking pipe in our kitchen. He arrived and appeared to fix the leak and we paid him £110. Within a few days the pipe started leaking again. I called Ross back and after a few delays he returned saying he needed to order another part and would be in touch when it arrived. That was on February 14th. Excuse after excuse followed about why he couldn’t come back to fix the leak - all the time the leak got progressively worse. On 21st March I gave up and got another plumber out who came and fixed the leak without a problem - but I’m still out of pocket £110! Very disappointing experience!!

Had Ross and Ben at my house today doing a power flush, amazing service and really friendly. Got the service done in a timely manner and left the area nice and clean. Was also left without water last week due to British Gas. Ross arrived within an hour and had the water back up and running in no time. Would recommend to everyone I know

Ross is so pleasant to deal with and his wife Leanne is really on the ball. RJL's quote for the work was hugely competitive compared to 3 other quotes and he was able to do the job where others said it wasn't possible to have what we wanted. Ross and Ben are a pleasure to have in your home. They were able to give us exactly what we wanted in both our bathrooms. They're helpful and friendly and offer advice where required. My husband and I are over the moon with the finished result and would recommend them every day of the week.
