Richie was really straight forward and communicative about his availability. Very efficient service, punctual and fairly priced. Would definitely get in touch again for any further plumbing related work.

Richie was prompt to attend my overflowing loft water tank, which did have complications. This is the second time I've used his Pluming Service over 2 years and I was extremely pleased with a previous job of replacing a kitchen sink unit. On this latest job he again showed great domestic plumbing knowledge and problem solving skills of his trade. He was reassuring, well informative and polite throughout his attendance despite the fairly uncomfortable working conditions and left no mess.

Great communication in preparation for the job and arrived on time as arranged. Identified what work was needed to complete the work and explained clearly what was needed. Work was completed as required and everything cleaned and rubbish cleared away. Work was priced fairly and within my expectations. I would happily recommend Richie to prospective customers and will gladly use him again.

Great experience. Had a couple of repairs needed on some taps and toilets and Richard came around when he said (the very next day), kept us informed about what he did and what was wrong and how much it would cost and then came back with parts and finished when he said. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Where some others had suggested on job would be bigger, he had the knowledge to figure out the right parts and get it done quick. We've already asked for him to come back and fix something else. Strongly recommended.

Excellent service, Richie came at short notice and completed the repair without a problem. This is the third time I’ve used him, he’s always friendly, professional and explains the job clearly. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.
