We were very impressed, another appointment was made for another time because there is a problem with our hot water tank. Our plumber reassured us that this can be resolved. Thank you for helping us.

Scott arrived promptly on a Saturday morning. He was very friendly and got straight on with preparing the house for the work. All carpets were protected and then he inspected the old boiler and flu and brought in all manner of tools. Removing the old boiler and replacing it with a new one and new flue and a flush of the system took less than six hours, and included a thorough clean of the affected areas. Scott was polite and helpful throughout and worked like a trooper. I really was so impressed by the service and couldn't recommend Martindale's highly enough.

We have used RJ Martindale for years. They always turn up on time and clear up after themselves. They are a pleasure to deal with.

I asked for a magnacleanse of our heating system and during this the engineer diagnosed that 2 radiators were piped up the wrong way, in that the baffles were at the return side stopping flow through. The engineers dealt with it all with efficiency and good humour, keeping us informed of all that they were doing in a polite and easily understood way. This is now my third time of using Martindale's and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the Bolton/Chorley area for their work ethic and exceptional customer service and interaction from office and onsite staff.

The service provided was second to none. Initial contact to spec and quote for the job was easy and very thorough including accurate quotes. Communication was prompt and very helpful at answering some queries I had with regards to current pipe work. The job was completed by two very helpful and efficient engineers who provided options on how pipes could be installed and even helped to straighten up an existing radiator which had a loose bracket. Very happy with the service and end result, highly recommend.
