Mr Payne visited to check the requirements on the day of the initial call and returned 10 days later to carry out the work. Three ridge tiles were replaced and the guttering cleaned inside and out. The price was reasonable, they arrived on time and we are very satisfied with the work. Highly recommended.

Richard responded to my Sunday AM call on a bank holiday weekend and arrived as promised shortly thereafter. He carried out the necessary repair quickly and without fuss. Brilliant service, lovely chap and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him!

Phone them they came to look at the roof to see what was wrong with the roof gave me a price for the repair. Which was very good 👍

I had a problem with my bungalow roof, rain water was coming through the ceiling? But we didn’t know where? called this company and they came round that afternoon and inspected the roof and found the problem straight away. Gave me a quote to take out tiles on valley in box gutter remove old valley sheet and lay new membrane down valley and put in new dry fiberglass valley sheets and cut tiles to fit put in new lead work at top of valley and cement ridge tiles back on. Remove bottom row of tiles in box gutter put in new ply board and new membrane. Very pleased with results!

After having my roof refelted and battened by a rouge roofing company. I was then put into contact with Richard Payne ,who came along to inspect The bad work that had been carried out there was such a large list of faults To put right. Richard and his son Jay started work the following week and 5 days later Everything was as it should have been, I can't thank Richard and is son enough For all there hard work. They turned up on time to quote for the job , fully explained what needed doing and what it would cost . Extremely pleasant and polite . Very professional company and if we ever had a problem in the future we would use them without a doubt.
