  Repair of 25 year old Grohe shower which was leaking continuously.

  Rafael arrived as scheduled and spent time assessing the shower which he dismantled. We identified the parts needed which I sourced and he gave me a price to install which includes the inspection visit. Once k had the parts, he arrived as scheduled within 48 hrs and fitted the items and invited me to check the shower prior to his departure. I could not fault the presentation of this business, reliable, incredibly considerate of our home and superb and reliable communication. I have already asked for further work to be undertaken and would highly recommend Rafael 5⭐️

  Outdoor water tap replacement

  A good experience deserves recognition too. RJ Plumbing & Drainage responded quickly to my request and even offered a same-day service. Although the original morning appointment had to be moved to the afternoon, they kept communication clear and I decided to wait. In the end, the job was completed quickly, professionally, and with a great result. Very pleased with both the service and the price. Definitely appreciated when reliability and efficiency still exist.

  Fitted new shower

  Rafael came out on a Sunday to have a look at faulty shower, we decided on a new one. Rafael went out of his way to collect new shower from supplier and fitted same day. Lovely guy polite and professional, can’t fault him. Excellent service.
