Due to poor workmanship and carelessness, additional costs were incurred during the project. Communication was generally good, but scheduling was very poor, with no clear timetable and frequent delays. We have been left with a leaking shower, an uneven shower door, a slow-draining sink waste and several other issues requiring attention. An independent bathroom fitter advised that the proposed solution to the leak was not in line with the manufacturer’s installation guidance. Despite raising our concerns, these issues remain unresolved, which has been very disappointing.

Russell contacted and was friendly and polite. When he arrived for the job he was very knowledgable and not only fixed our boiler issue swiftly, he also offered advice and a repair to a radiator. Would definitely recommend.

Booked Richard to transform my tiny bathroom The original bathroom was outdated and did not make good use of the space, there was a leak that had started to go through to the kitchen. Richard was able to provide everything that I wanted to modernise the bathroom and moved pipe work to make the best use of the space. The outcome is stunning, I’m amazed everyday when I use it. I am more than happy with the work carried out. A quality service from start to finish, from consultation through to the end and the team who work with him are fantastic too. I highly recommend.

Richard put in a new shower and shower tray. He also organised the retiling of the shower area and put in an outside garden tap. His work was of a high standard and his pricing reasonable. I found him approachable and friendly and he clearly takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him and he will be my first choice for any plumbing or gas work moving forwards.
