Driveway and alley paving, ground works, drainage and timber fence relocation and build.
What better recommendation than to say that I've used RK Building Services now for the second time. The RK Building Services team went above and beyond to help my wife and baby at the time of having no drive and with difficult access to the property. Every time they assisted without hesitation to ensure that my family were ok. The quality of work, timeliness, politeness and responsibility that this company offer is second to none. They're not the cheapest but nor are they the most expensive. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They simply get the job done to a high standard. Still debating? Don't, just call Richard!

No work carried out
Richard asked me to let him know if I could not make the appointment and in turn asked him to let me know if he was unable to make it as well. I am still waiting for his call!!

Re-pointing garden walls, new decking, painting of fences, miscellaneous external jobs.
A very helpful team, who were all polite, professional and reliable. They worked extremely hard, despite difficult weather, to get the job finished. All the work was finished to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

Extension, including new kitchen and utility and new porch.
II would definitely recommend Richard and have to others. He's got a team of people who work very hard for him. His team are loyal and that's important in the building trade. We hit a few snags here and there but Richard is such a nice guy he kept going and we really appreciated it.

Internal Refurbishment.
Full refurb of upstairs rear wing of property - rewire/plaster/decorate/chimney breast removal. All carried out to a high standard and on time/budget. Would use again and have already recommended. Good attitude.
