Not much to say really. RK contacted me to remind me the service was due. They arranged an appointment at my convenience. The engineer arrived exactly on time. He was polite, helpful and efficient. He made no mess at all. A positive experience. 10 out of 10.

Our ancient boiler broke last year, RK were quick to advise us on the best replacement and fit a new boiler. They also checked the radiators (at no extra cost) in our home as they weren't heating up evenly. A year on they reminded us to book our yearly service. Highly recommend.
