  Just moved into the area and saw how highly rated he was, sent a few videos showing what the issue was prior so he knew what he was dealing with. Was really friendly and polite. Explained exactly the problem, sorted in quick time and at a reasonable cost. Will be keeping his name for any future needs because of how fast and reliable he was

  Rob came out extremely quickly especially with it being late on a Saturday evening, identified the problem quickly. My priority was ensuring I had heating for the night as I knew it would be difficult to get parts so late on, Rob ensured I had heating and arranged to come back the following morning first thing to fix the problem, which is exactly what he did. Infact he actually went above and beyond that by ensuring that all my pipe work was correct and changed any causing an issue, he was incredibly polite, had good time management and was always cleaning up behind himself. Fantastic service
