Russ kept me informed and turned up bang on time, as he always does. Kept me updated throughout and as ever, left the kitchen spotless. A pleasure to deal with.

Russell was great even though what should have been a simple task turned into something more complex. Very quick to respond to my request and kept me informed at all times. Russell is very experienced and knowledgeable and is always the first person I contact whenever I have a plumbing related issue or question.

Russell provided excellent service at all stages from initial review of the job, selection and purchase of the new tap and its installation. The job was completed very quickly but still with great care and attention to detail. On completion everything was left neat and tidy. All in all, Russell made the whole process trouble free and enjoyable.

Russell listened to the problem I had, carried out some temporary pipework and proved that it had been incorrectly connected. I have agreed to leave the temporary set up as it is until I can fully test and balance the whole house and once everything is fine, Russell will return and make a permanent pipework connection. Very pleased with the outcome.

Russ was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He responded to my calls and texts promptly and came out to quote quickly. Russ is a very genuine person who clearly knew what he was doing and was very thorough when quoting and explaining the work that needed doing.
