These guys did a job for me and after the job was finished I paid them. Then a few months later there was a problem with the job. I called them to resolve it and they said they would, but never came over to resolve. So, I called them again and then they stopped answering my calls and ignored my calls. Carefully ask yourself the question; ARE these the sort of builders that you really want to deal with, who won't give a monkeys after you have paid them and will run away when you have a problem because something went wrong with the build ???????

Brought RLT back as they did the interior of the house when we first moved in. Very glad we did. Quote agreed up front (cheapest). Extra dig work informed by building control, all costs were discussed immediately and agreed to keep within contingency. Lots of little extras completed for free including blinds, AV system cable run.... Worked well with other trades who we brought on for full plastering of the house and overall job completed in expected timescale and to a high degree of quality with full sign off of final snag list. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team!

Ryan was a complete joy! He kept us updated throughout, was totally professional and to be honest a miracle worker. His work ethic should be commended and his honesty rewarded ten fold. I cannot praise him anymore and needless to say, I wouldn’t entertain any other company. Incredible from start to finish!

I am very pleased with the service we recieved from RLT construction. The team were very polite and friendly, they communicated well and the overall finish was fantastic. I also asked for extra work and they completed within the estimated time scale. I will definitely use his company again for future work.

Had a new kitchen fitted by these lovely guys. The work was outstanding. Very pleased with the job from start to finish and was kept up to date about any extra work that needed to be done. Also great with making decisions and providing samples or magazines/brochures. Overall OUTSTANDING!
