Ross was quick to respond and came soon after I contacted him. He knew exactly what the problem was and returned to make the repair within the time frame he had given us. He was punctual,pleasant, knowledgeable and competent and did a great job at a reasonable price. We were very pleased with his work and highly recommended him.

Removed 2 radiators and fixed leaking tap. Fast, efficient, polite and tidy. Helpful advice prior to purchasing replacement radiators too. Will definitely use again to install new radiators!

Ross contacted me shortly after posting to arrange a visit to understand/assess the job. Other companies contacted and quoted without even seeing the issue. Called Ross in the morning about a toilet that was continuously flushing, he came round within an hour and fixed it asap. Very reliable and kept up to date with everything going on
