I had used RM Carpets a couple of years ago for a stair runner so I went back to them when the rest of the house needed doing. From selecting the carpet to getting the quote and arranging for the fitting was all well organised. I liked being given the 'all-in' price right from the off; no hidden extras or add-ons. The fitting was done in two tranches becasue it simply wasn't possible to move ALL the furniture out at the same time. Andy, Kevin and Ciaran (hope I've spelled that correctly) were happy to help with moving or working arond items. All left neat and tidy and the carpets look great!

Excellent service from start to finish. Andy came to measure up and removed a perimeter strip of carpet so we could paint the skirting. He helpfully suggested the best sequence to work around existing furniture an tackle the two bedrooms, landing and stairs. He and Kev worked through the two hottest mornings of the year, with no complaints! Finished result is just great, we're very pleased to say the least. Mr and Mrs M. Farnham.

They were brilliant. Spoke in layman terms and expert knowledge. The work was to an exceptionally high standard. Any issues were raised but a solution presented which is always good. I will (and already have) recommended to friends and family.

Recently had two rooms re-carpeted using RM Carpets, a company that was recommended to us when we first moved to the area in 2002 and who we have used on a number of occasions since. The job was completed on time and as always to our total satisfaction. The fitters helped move the heavier furniture out prior to commencing and left both rooms in an immaculate condition on completion with all furniture back in place. Highly recommended.
