We had an alarm going off at random intervals (especially during the football half time). I called Rob to investigate as worried alarm would go off again. Rob arranged to come next day. He noted the battery was 12 years old and checked the system. He changed the battery and inspected the system. Was very impressed with his honest assessment of our security system and have confidence in his expertise. Would definitely contact Rob again when we upgrade our alarm.

Rob was prompt, helpful and efficient. He responded within an hour to the request and then was available to come round quickly to do the work. His prices were reasonable and I would recommend him for a domestic alarm service.

Rob fitted our alarm and CCTV system and did an excellent job. He was professional, reliable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I contacted RMC security to fix a fault (the alarm went off randomly) in a 20+ old home alarm system. Rob came, tested the system and explained that it was probably worth upgrading it, which made sense. His quote was good and we agreed a date. Everything was very easy and stress free. Rob did the job very efficiently and was very pleasant to have around the house. In short a great and honest company which I have no hesitation in recommending.
