  Block paving

We chose RM for the job as they had good reviews and were able to start immediately. The work was carried out over 2 days to a good standard although my neighbour noted they had not installed a membrane under the tiles. After they left I noticed two cracked concrete baseboards in the front fence but worse was the drains had been completely blocked. When they hadoved earth before laying the paving they had not covered the drains so the main drain and bathroom outflow pipe drain were completely blocked.bAfywr a number of messages, promises to rectify were not met and I was forced to get the drain cleared at my own expense. Disappointed. [ADDITION 14/10/26 - RM have now rectified the outstanding issues and, having provided a explanation for the delay, I would like to reiterate that the work they did on the driveway was of excellent quality. I now feel the original score I provided is too low and does not reflect the work carried out. I would recommend RM.]

I found them very professional and efficient in their work. They completed the job in time and also made sure rubbish was collected. Overall really impressed with their work.
