Rob came over and diagnosed a problem that we had with our central heating pump continually running. He provided a quotation for the work and made some other recommendations which we agreed to. Rob arrived promptly, carried out the work (making a very neat job in a difficult working space), cleaned up and did a thorough check that everything was working correctly before he left. Rob is really friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and willing to spend time explaining what he is doing. An absolute pleasure to have him working here. Very highly recommended - we will definite use Rob again.

Rob fitted new combi boiler, removing old boiler and tank. Moved existing radiators to requirement. Added a new radiator. Serviced the entire heating system.

Rob did a great job installing a larger radiator on a different wall. Husband said the pipe work was the best he’d seen - praise indeed. Quote was sent soon after the recce visit and work was done just over a week later. Rob worked out what we required and listened and advised whilst we worked out what we wanted and where. Clean, tidy, appropriate PPE. A slight delay on the first appointment due to a job taking longer than expected. Rob kept us informed and we were happy to make an appointment for a few days later. I would happily recommend Rob to anyone needing a plumber.

Contacted Rob on Sunday evening and he attended the next day. He took details of the make and model of our boiler in advance so he could be prepared re what he would be working on. Gave us a very good quote which was in the end reduced as he said he didn't have to get a particular part he thought he needed. Very polite, VERY Covid aware, asked before doing anything that involved going into another room, he also took the time to explain exactly what the problem was. Honestly there was absolutely nothing to find fault about. Will definitely be keeping his details for any future works.

On the 1ST of January 2021, mid Winter, my hot water system stopped working entirely ! I must have rung half a dozen local heating engineers, non of whom answered - not unsurprisingly ! R M H Plumbing and Heating answered my first call and understood my urgency. Rob shuffled his appointments about and called within 48hrs. He was; open, friendly and engaging. He ordered the necessary parts and had my hot water restored in no time. I would definitely use Rob again and have hesitation in recommending R M H Plumbing and Heating to anyone who needs a plumber - especially over a Bank Holiday !

Rob is very good at what he does and is very thorough and goes the extra mile to sort problems. Would only use him for our gas and plumbing needs
